House Extensions
Light-Filled Rear Extension:
We created a bright, open-plan kitchen-diner complete with vaulted ceilings. The extension is built using thermally efficient blocks and insulated roofing, ensuring it meets today’s rigorous energy standards.
Reconstituted Stone Cladding:
To preserve and enhance the home’s original character, the new extension was clad in stone panels that seamlessly blend with the existing structure.
Resin Bound Driveway Overlay
Base Preparation:
The existing concrete base was meticulously repaired and levelled. Strategic expansion joints were added to mitigate potential future cracking.
UV-Stable Resin:
We installed a high-quality resin bound system featuring a subtle granite fleck finish, defined by black limestone kerbs that lend a contemporary, crisp edge.
Properla Hydrophobic Protection
Exterior Coating:
A breathable, invisible coating was applied to all exterior surfaces—including both the new extension and the original brickwork—to effectively repel rain, salt spray, and organic growth.
Driveway Treatment:
An anti-slip, stain-resistant topcoat was added over the resin driveway, enhancing its durability and ensuring a long-lasting, low-maintenance finish.
